Mr. A has joined rajasthan govt. in education department based on state domicile( recruitment was based on state domicile recomended by village panchayte). Now Mr. B has obtained all the documents through RTI which stated that at the time of recruitment Mr. A was a resident of another state( proof like voting list , ration card and affidavite from panchayate that certain person is resident of village and from rajsthan village panchayate also stating that such person was not a resident of their village). Now Mr. B has made complain to director of concerned department and enquiry would be started please answer following query:
1. what would be consequences if proved , will they cease PF fund and will stop pension as Mr. A would be retiring in Oct. 2014.
2. how could Mr. A save himself.
3. what if Mr. A took voluntry retirment.
4. will police would be lodge or any other punishment.
