I have filed a case in State Administrative tribunal against unconstitutional appointment made by my State PSC..Tribunal admitted the case and issued urgent notice to PSC as well as to the other respondents..Now, 2 months gone and got no response from Kerala PSC.Once 90 days ( 3 months ) are over whether I can approach the tribunal even if Kerala PSC do not give the reply..Whether respondents unwillingness to reply itself will favour me in this case? What are the further steps tribunal may take?
