Hello Experts,
My husband is not paying amount of interim mainetance from last 6 years. I have put the application for his defence struck off and NBW but the court is totally biased towards my husband and not entertaining my applications.
So kindly let me know, is there any section under CrPc for his defense struck off. So that the preceding officer will not be able to give him much chances to proceed.
Please assist me if any other process on this.
