iam working in a software firm, in Bangalore, they didn't paid salary for last month and for this month also they are not giving any assurance for giving salary, since I have family I can not survive without salary, they make me to sign the agreement for 3 years while iam joining the company, now one and haf year passed, I want to quit that company now. Is there any law that gives information about employee rights and and on which law basis I can quit the company.
