For the purpose of execution of a rent agreement, whether the purchasers named on the back of the NJS paper must be in the name of any of the executant parties. I the purchaser of the NJS paper exhibits a lawyer's name, whether that can be used? In other words, whether the rent agreement on an NJS paper purchased by a lawyer valid?
