Is it possible to get some information in my case

I gave 3,00,000 to my friend on 24.6.13 but now he is not willing to give back my money. But with that money only he got gold from muthoot finance from a particular branch on the same day for 1,50,000 which he already kept their for gold loan. With my money only he got the gold back.My question is can I get that day's transaction hard copy or soft copy from muthoot. If I can get means will that be taken as evidence in court

Hi,

That would not be sufficient evidence to prove that you lent him the money. It only evidences his payment to Muthoot, not your owning that much amount nor your giving it to him on loan.
