Is it necessary to have an llb degree to register a property

Hello Experts,

For registeration of a property  in state of maharashtra is it mandatory that a person needs to be an LLB ?

What are its requirements ?

For instance 'A' sale a property to 'B' & C is the party which will draft and register a sales agreement , then does C needs to be an LLB ?

Thanks in advance.

The Seller and the Purchaser both approaches the Ld.Advocate to do the necessary searching of the property and then the searching report is prepared. Then the Ld.Advocate drafts the matter in form of a deed of conveyance and the deed gets registered in the office of register of assurances. There are many things to be kept in mind before drafting the deed and the same in executed in the deed also. However you may draft the same without the degree but you have to get the Ld.Advocate's signature on the deed drafted by you which a eminent Ld.Advocate will not professionally allow you. At the end ofevery thing when you will want to get the hold or possession of the property you may face several problems. It is always advisable not to work  the work of a profession without a degree, how ever you may write the deed, under a super vision of a Ld.Advocate. Your fancy thoughts will help you very easily to lead you into serious troubles. May be too tough to get rectified at a later period of time. Please don't do this.
