I have got contested divorce after around 2 years back and she filed appeal in high court. There is no stay pending in High Court.

She is not inerested in reunion also but troubling only for money. Please suggest how to proceed in this.

If the appeal pending in High court against the decree of divorce, remarriage not advisable even no stay granted by the High court. Rather ask your advocate to get the matter expedited in High court at the earliest.
