Is caste conversion possible

Is MBC to BC convertion possible by law...?

hi.. i am planning to marry a non-veg MBC boy. i am veg- BC girl. since my family is not ready for letting me go to a non-veg family... my fiance is saying he and his whole family (just parents) can convert to my caste or to Veg - mbc in their caste... what is the legal procedure for that...

Please advice.

Caste is confirmed by birth. One cannot change ones caste but, one can denounce it by option. Veg or non-veg is habit. If your in laws are keen to give up non-veg for your sake... it is up to you to decide to associate with them. But certainly they cannot change their caste.
