Is a will written to manage a company?

Is a person holding a 45% share in a private limited  company is able to write a will of his shares to his minority son....with apponting a guardian..1)...is the gaurdian operate a company without other directors support  with that will ?

2).if the guardian is rude to minority son ..how the rights of guardian is cancelled?

1] Yes

2] You have option of law agreement alone making all transaction would be done in name of the minor person stating a clause in the will at specific age when minor becomes major all rights will get automatically transfered to minor alone and any property cannot be sold with concent of court, register the will is must keep the original in safe locker who the minor will alone have acess once attained is major age.

thanq sir for ur answer...if the will is a forged one...submitted by the guardian....in company law board how to handle that suituation?
