Irbm vs mcd

 

Hello,

 

Will Mutual consent divorce have any relevance (esp.18 moths wait period) once IrBM comes into existence?

One of the clause in IrBM is "once the first motion is passed and the second partner doesn't turned up for second motion then judge will not favour or ask the second partner for his/her missing he will come direct to conclusion of divorce.

heheheeeeeeeee, Hey lunatic and such an insane physco lady what you have read in Irbm is totaly wrong,just go again and tilt the clauses of Irbm you well get your own answers that there is not need to wait for onother partner if first motion is passed.It can be either husband or wife.
