Ipc section for threat to parade naked

One person has threatened me on phone that -  "I will parade your entire family naked in your town".

Does it attract IPC 506 Part 2?

Is there any other section will be attracted?

First; Record such calls.

Call is recorded and Police NC is made under section IPC 504 506(1).

I want to understand whether IPC 506 (2) will attract or not?

If you are convinced that there is no threat then have sound sleep

Is there any section applicable for this threat of "naked parade"?

nothing will happen unless and untill person said that in front of few other people and you have some witness, on phone whatever said is to be repeated again and this time govt agency has to record calls not by you.

Max you can file NC. your recorded calls can be used for your safety in case not to make other criminal issue for other.

I never seen any person who given threat over phone and personally recorded proof taken by judge,if anyone knows any judgement please share ,

There are following threats:

  1. "I will parade your entire family nude in your town"
  2. "Mai tera khandan ujad dunga"
  3. "I am going to assualt you"

My questions are-

  1. Does these above threats attract IPC 506(2)?
  2. Which sections these threat attracts?

Have you shown the record that you have to your own counsel in these 30days!

If yes; by now you would have had a considered opinion or options and merits.
