I have three questions Will be grateful if anyone can shed light on any of the three areas .They are:
1.The best business plan to accept Deposits/Investments from a close circle of friends and relatives for Investing in shares and sharing the profits therefrom.We are not planning for a Pvt Ltd company.Is a Partnership the best plan? Can new investors be inducted as new Partners?
2.The Stock Investment will be based on a software package developed to track stock movements in a novel way.Is there a way a patent can be obtained for the software? What is the process and fees involved?
3.This is basically a start up.What are the rules for getting a registration as a start up.
Help in any area will be highly appreciated.Any website details in any area is also
