Got the Interim orders passed by the Court Rule 1 and 2 of cpc for restraining the defendanrts from alienating or creating third part intetest and also from inducting third parties / tenants / lessees and also starting the bar & restaurant in to the suit schedule party in the lower court on 30.01.2017.
And got the caevit in the HIGH COURT on 31.01.2017
Submitted the petition with the court copies to Excise commioner and police commisioner to act against the COURT ORDER.
Dependents not caring the court orders and they want to move to high court.
