We bought a flat in newly constructed building directly from the builder in Thane (outside Mumbai) in Feb. 2013. Registration was done in names of my wife (1st) & me (2nd holder). Due to some legality and taxation, we want to interchange our names i.e., me (1st) and my wife (2nd holder). Society is still not formed. Can it be done by a simple process / filling forms / filing affidavit by spending very nominal charges. We CAN NOT spend large sum (5%) for registration charges?
