Dear sir,My father is government school Teacher he has more Debts than his property .he has been kept remand for 3 days by NI act due to not attending court properly.Our Lawyer has minglled with the opponent and not informed timely .sir,My father can apply for insolvency petition to save his life from creditors, can u give me suggestion weather he can apply or not .
