Inquiry against fir

Can we raise inquiry against the fir lodged by police officials under section 307 . If the fir is lodged by Ssp can dig is having the power to change the inquiryvto otger districr ?? Or do we have the power to raise the matter to high court to change the inquiry to other district due to political pressure

You cannot conduct investigations over investigations or inquiry over inquiry as per laws. The only option is to go for quash as advised by the expert.
