Kindly share your view on following :-
1)Can wife get share in Father in law's inherited property but now registered with Father's name.
2)Can wife get share in Father in laws self earned property?
3)Can wife get share in husband bank balance/shares.

any hindu woman will get rights over the properties of her husband's own/ancestrol, only after the life of her husband. this is for information.

I have four years son also and living with my wife( she is living with her parents).
Just want to know that can they get share in my father's property, self owned or ancestral?
