Infringement

Dear Sir, I am selling my OWN footwear brand on Flipkart.com. Yesterday I have received prejudice notice from reebok shoes that one of my product has similer logo as reebok have. So they have given be 10days time to remove the product from flipkart website / warehouse. And also asked me written apology and undertaking on my letterpad not to do such type infringement in future. My product has my brand logo (Not registered) with some similarity of reebok as I were not aware about it. Any how I have discontinued my product. Pl suggest 1. Future action 2. How to reply to the notice, and on letterhead or plane paper.
