We the four parterens of a Reg. Firm issued a check by signing by three as in norms made by firm to sign a check i.e any three out of four.
The check gets disounor due to insufficent balance.
Now I have paid my share to the person , but other partnrs are not giving .
case is in cout how can i escape from this. Even the 2nd party is ready to say that he has recieved the my share.
Kindly tell me .

It will be a case against the company as a whole. While deposing your evidence during trial, you may state before the court your role in the issue and can absolve yourself from the offence, but the complainant should support your claim.

Its depend on the complainant, the complainant has right to file an application regard you to abet the proceeding against you before the court.
