I want to send draft copy money recovery suit to be filed in Mumbai court. Can anybody tell me the section under which court fee is to be mentioned and also tell me how to pay the court fee. (for example here in Hyderabad we mention the Plaintiff pays court fee of Rs --- which is sufficient under Sec ------- of A.P.CF& S.V.Act and Court fee is paid in the bank by way of challan)
