It is law journal only since there are many journals from various states they will indicate the judgement citations by giving these type of coded marks. What you referring is nothing but a citation from any of the court situated in different states.

Am aware it was Law Journal...LLJ means Labour Law Journal...likewise what stands for WLN (UC), please...
