respected all, please suggest on the below:
one Person wants to incorporate a company in Malasia with the funding of another Malasian company on the condition to transfer the same to that company. To that effect we need to prepare an agreement between both the parties. what areas should i take care in preparation of the same. Please help in this urgently.
