In which court file a complaint

I enter into the agreemant for bying a property in resale.

After getting token money, saller refuge to give the property or money.

now where i can file the case to get money back ?

1)Court, where seller is belog.

2) Court, where buyer is belog.

3) Court, where property is situated

File the suit for specific performance where the property is situated. In case of recovery case shall be filed where defendant reside.

If you wish to get property,you have to file a civil suit for specific performance at the place where property is situated and for getting money back,you can file a suit for recovery of money at place where defendant resides or carries on the business or where agreement was signed and defendant received the money.
