In residential apartment some one can register of shop from paying more stamp duty

in my building where I live is of G+2 Floors and in the road side the power of attorney holder had sale the flat by converting shop by paying more stamp duty but the builder has build as residing apartment and the shop owner is treepass the space of parking and at present they are using as the flat and they pick up the door on another side and they are paying the tax to municipality of flat what is the solution

You can file a written complaint copy to the Municipal Ward Office and Building and Proposal Department. They wll look into . Also write a complaint to the society too. Let the committee calls up a meeting and discuss ahead about it.

If you have the copy of the sanctioned building Plan supporting your contention,then on that basis you can file written complaint before the Municipal Chairperson/Vice Chairperson,giving copy to the Councilor of that Municipal Ward as well as to the Mutation Section specifying such illegal conversion on the part of that Power of Attorney Holder .If the Municipal Authority do not take any step in this regard even on receipt of your complaint,then you can file Writ before the High Court of your State against such Municipal inaction.
