In probation period central govt is temporary

during probation he is temporary (not ad-hoc) and cannot apply for any post directly (except those advertised by UPSC).

violation of this condition can reresult in :-

(i) denial of NOC.

(ii) denial of continuation of service benefits

(iii) disciplinary action.

sir what to do in dciplinary action.when employer join in other job.

sir i applied at post of  agriculture finance officer when i am working in DRDO .I  applied with permission of higher autherity .I was give interview without permission.sir i am going to resign on personal ground.

my question is

1 give me suggestion i  should  join or not as post of agriculture  finance officer.

2.when present organization should take diciplinary  action then bank will suspend /terminate me

3. sir already give written application to bank  i am working in DRDO.I  will join after resignation of DRDO.

4. have any problem at time of  pay fixation

5. plz see my attached file(extension letter and resignation  letter) and also modified sir.

Ans : upto decison of bank.  Present deptt cannot take disciplinary action when you resign.
