In effective bar council

Hi Everybody,

It started with the famous Nanda case whereafter Apex Court was pleased to strip Mr.R.K.Anand of Senior Advocate.

Now in view of the quantum of proof and admission of Law Minister will Bar Council wakes up and inititates action SUO MOTTO or proves its existence on paper only as the stature of Mr.Ashwani Kumar is too much to handle.
