hello,
in case of motor accidents,
what is the difference between moving the case to MACT( Motorist tribunal) compared to going for a civil court after there is no reply from the insurance company or the accused or if the claim was rejected under no grounds.
also,does MACT not accept FIR with SR nos or it has to be only FIRs?
are police required to register FIRs on all accidents even if it minor to vehicle/body..i understand they wont, but what prevails by law?
