Good Day Gentlemen,
I am having a land of 24 decimal in triangular in shape. It has been encroached upon from 3 sides by 3 different people. By meaning of encroached they have build illegal boundary wall into my land. hte land is completely empty and there is no construction on it. I wrote to circle officer to get the survey of the land done. He has ordered survey and measurement of land. The circle officer doesnot know there is a illegal boundary on my land.
if the amin doing the survey writes in his report there is illegal encroachment , what is the next procedure to be followed. Should I write an application to the district collector for removal of illegal boundary or after the survey report i should remove their boundary and make my new fence.
