Illegal access of income tax account

hello

i want to know if my wife illegal Access my income tax account and take printout of my ITR what to do

She also access my Father account too and take ITR printout and submit in Maintence case in court

if anyone know about this type of case pls guide me

Wife can access you ITR she have basic rights of access your accounts and father accounts if you are not disclose him that what is income sources.......she have right by god.......and natural law......so you cannot put any legal action againts her.....if you suit you will come in tension......

but hum last 4 year se alag reh rahe hai or uss per already 420 ka case chal raha raha hai court me

how can she access your account with out knowing your account password?

If she tried to breach your password, it will be a crime. That is what i heared from some experts.
