Iilegal adoption

can we file a complaint against a person who gave a child for adoption without following any legal procedure

will the mediator be punished or just the couple who adopted,what evidence os required and what act is applicable ,please reply

1. First hire an Advocate
2. This is one tricky area of gettign Children Justice to thread upon being third party.
3. If you sure and read down / understands Procedures for adoption as in https://adoptionindia.nic.in/guideline-family/Adoption%20Procedure.html then may proceed via an Advocate lodging prelimenary Police Complaint to investigate further as couple of Bare Acts get involved here and probably you may not be aware what to state in complaint case and which you have crossed over in making society sterile in your enthusiasm least matters boom back!

SIR, One of my divorecee friend remarried but her only daughter she given to her close relative, can school chage the fathers name and surname or an legal procdure to be done even in family member.
