IS SERVICE AGREEMENT ON STAMP PAPER VALID IN LAW

I and my employer have made a SERVICE AGREEMENT on Rs 50 Non Judicial Stamp paper. Is it valid and on violation of terms and conditions may any legal action taken?

Yes you can processed with legal action with in the jurditction of the court.
