Dear All
Would you please educate me in a point form what all are to be proved in case a person is charged with Sec 341 & Sec 506 based on complaint lodged by a few occupants in the same apartment bldg for parking a car .
What all points be brought out during cross examination by the accused if no advocate is engaged.
