Both parties agreed for compromising and case forwarded to high court for quashing , how long it would take to get the case closed ?

Depends upon High court and Advocate.(6 months to 2 years approx)

When parties agree to compound the offences of Sections 341 & 323 of the Indian Penal Code, quashing ( the power of High Court exclusively ) is not necessary. If a litigation is frivolous or vexatious or both, quashing is resorted to either on an application or suo motu.
