Please clarify me very important fact that if an employer deposits your EPF in saving Bank Account of a nationalised Bank . Can An employer issue F-16 form and is employee is eligible to get Income Tax rebate on that amount.
Another interesting fact that The employer who is issuing 16 -A form is depositing his own EPF with Provident Fund commissioner and getting all the benefits of EPFO. But certain employees are being denied on the pretext of " excluded employee" whereas his own salary in more than so called Excluded employees
