I need a suggestion

Sir I am from Bihar(samastipur) but I with all my family lived in West Bengal.we have our voter card from West Bengal....but the caste which I belong(badhai,obc Central list Bihar (slno.81)) is not in obc list of West Bengal....but my grandfather made my caste certificate from Bihar....from block....What should I do sir...???sir suggest me sir...
