I have filed FIR under 376 but police is not arresting the person

Accused is well connected with politics
I have filed FIR but the police is not arresting the person and he is roaming in my colony freely ..
I have requested to commissioner but he is also not arresting.or givind order
Is there any provison under criminal law to take order from court to arrest accused in stipulated time

You can directly approach High court in case police is not taking action against accused.

you can approach court of CMM by way of complaint and can also approach high court by way of WRIT.

Better try with a complaint before the First Class Judicial magistrate/MM and if he also refused to take cognizance of the complaint approach the High Court as advised above.
