Humanrights is concerned only with the legitimate right to an individual and do not classify the offence or act committed. Any punshment could be meted out with due process set forth  by law alone.

it had been seen in recent yrs that terror suspects [terrorists specially islamic terrorists] have been very much ill treated in custody authorities call them animals and they say they diserve....so shud there b any kind of law for humane treatment of aforesed criminals???

Dear Neha, prisoners are not vegetables nor to be treated like an animals and they should not be condemned until their guilt is proved by evidence as ponted out by Sunderraj. For prisoners human rights and duties and functions of law enforcing authorities checked my files for International instruments governing those related matters.
