Dear Members,
Please guide how to verify the property plan given by the builder/ owner. whether the plan is approved or and whether it is completed as per plan or not.
The property plan is very complecated to read and understand the plan of proposed flat.
Please guide in the matter.

u contect the property veluar and take a valuation certificate of the property otherwise u see the plan pass copy of Legal Authority and verify with your property.

Check with some Architect or local surveyor and also in the office of Development Authority.
My case is somewhat similar. The builder got appoval for 20 Flats ( Ground,1-4 Floors each having 4 flats , two 3 BHKs and two 2 BHKs). He ended up making 25 flats adding one 2BHK flat in each floor. I have a copy of the building plan but nothing is understood from that plan in respect to parking slots in the basements. Can anyone help? ( GHMC does not help, builder is in the negative surveyor asking for lots of money.).
