Is there any validity of an unrgistered sale deed executed for an agricultural land in the year 2011 in Andhra Pradesh? If not what is the remedy available to effect that purchase and how to proceed? Kindly let me know from experts
File a case in a court of law by producing the unregistered sale agreement against the vendor for specific performance. then the court will send the unregistered document to the collector under stamp act for validation. But it cannot be treated as Registered agreement. It is for evidence only.
