Hi dear sir I m running a computer & Mobile training institute in Kunderki disrict of Moradabad Uttar Pradesh.And Register it in Society Act 1860. but do not know can i Provide Certificate myself to the students. so please give me detail information about where can i get Central Govt. reconizetion & how much money i will spent plz help sir...thanx
