Court has ordered plaintiff to include all the legal heris in final decree proceedings.But still plaintiff not yet added legal heirs almost 7 months over. So my question is
1. Is there any time limit for plaintiff to implead all the legal heris ?
2. Can we implead ourselves through another file suit or we have to wait for plaintiff to implead?
Please reply for my query, its urgent.
