How to give a complaint againist police officer like si,ci

How does he behave in a cruel manner? Is he causing hurt/injury to anyone? Or does he constantly make threats of causing such injury (or even of causing death) to the villagers? Because such acts would constitute criminal liability on part of the sub-inspector.

You may approach the superintendent of the police station concerned, acquaint him with the facts of the situation. He may analyze the case and take disciplinary action against the officer in question accordingly. You may also file a complaint to the local/district magistrate, who may issue the order for investigation into the matter.

Do you have any evidence to prove the cruelity of SI? If so, make submissions before SSP/DCP of your district with evidence.

Otherwise, collect evidences and keep silence during this period, do not adventure to report /complain, which is bound to fall back on you.

Make a trap to video record his cruelty and expose this through media.

Generate irrefutable evidence.

Once you have the evidence you may act and lodge complaint.
