Dear Members,
Though the judgment has been passed almost a year ago still I have not got the compensation, when i called my lawyer he keeps saying that we have hearings on this and that date.
Raised a case against Transport cooperation which killed my father in a mishaps.
So i would like to obtain the Copy of the Judgement from the Fast tract court in Coimbatore.
May I also know the current proceedings/ status/situation on this petition,if so. How ? Why Am I asking this because I cant get the enough information form my Lawyer.
Kindly help me on this by providing the necesasry infotmation
