Dear friend
Stay on vacation of injunction. That means your injunction order is vacated. In that event you have to file appeal against that order.

If the grounds for stay still exist you may prefer an appeal against the injunction vacation order on that basis, the time limit for appeal is the limit for this too.

Dear sir,
In the mean time preparing appeal,if the opposite party make the vacation order his favour ,then what is the provision in filing an application that to stay the same court order by filing an application pray that to prefer appeal .kindly give me the provision in which order and rule the petition filed and also if there is a model petition kindly provide.
