I've bought grama natham land about 3/4 acre near madhavaram in 2007 (3 documents about equal share). I do not have any idea about grama natham when I bought and all I got was Anubava Patta. I thought that was Patta but I was totally wrong. Now I want to sell this land but without patta it seems I can't sell. I've applied for Patta at Ponneri Taluk office, it was surveyed recently by the surveyor. But they said they can't issue patta and can be done thruough other means with hefty fee and I don't know anyone and not sure with their success rate.
What is the legal way of getting patta for this 3/4 acre grama natham land (3 documents)? Can I get consultation or assistance in getting Patta for this grama natham land. Selling of this land is very important to me as 90% proceeds of this land sale will be invested only for social cause. Kindly help me with necessary menns to get patta.
