My FIR is quashed in HC but my passport and bail surety are there in lower court.
1) How can i get my passport and bail surety from lower courty?
2) Which petition or application do i need to file to get the above mentioned documents and under which article or section can i file the petition?
3) Please provide the sample petition format to file for the passport and bail surety from the lower court
4) How long does it take to get the documents?

Please contact your consel at the lower court, submit HC order. Depending on his efficiency, the matter can be settled even within a week.
