How to get experience certificate

Hi all, I was worked in a BPO company for 2 years and I left that company without serving notice period because of Health issues. how to get my experience certificate from that company. Also I have no contract between me and employer. please help me, i am in a critical situation now for without experience letter. Somebody please help

hmm just sent an email to them and make them understand your reason be careful in Ur experience certificate they do put any negative marking
