How to get estamp number with my name

Hello ,

My brother has bought a estamp paper with his name and my name in an 50Rs estamp paper.

Is there any way to find out the number and the date of purchase. it was bought in 2016 but i want the date and the number.

Please suggest.

Date is noted on the stamp paper. Or check with stamp vendor.
