How to file advance hearing

Hello,

Please advise how to file Advanced Hearing Petition. Is there a CPC section?

Also does it need affidavit and petition or just petition? And stamps also?

Once allowed what is the procedure to notify other party?

file advancement petition with out of order petition by giving notice to other side the court will take up the matter early file advancement petition under PETITION FILED UNDER RULE 109 OF CIVIL RULES OF PRACTISE AND READ WITH SECTION 151 OF C.P.C
